What license classes do you offer training for?
We provide comprehensive training for all Ontario license levels - G1 knowledge test preparation, G2 road skills development, and full G license test preparation.
Are your instructors certified?
Yes, all instructors are fully certified by the Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) with clean driving records and specialized teaching credentials.
How many lessons do most students need?
Most beginners require 10-15 hours of professional instruction, but we offer free skill assessments to create personalized plans.
Do you offer winter driving lessons?
Yes! Our specialized winter program covers: - Skid control techniques - Icy road handling - Low-visibility navigation - Cold-weather vehicle prep
What safety measures do you have?
All training vehicles feature: - Dual brake systems - Regular sanitization - Real-time GPS tracking - Emergency communication systems
Do you offer lessons outside regular business hours?
Absolutely! We provide evening lessons until 9 PM and weekend training (Saturdays & Sundays) to accommodate busy schedules.
What areas do you service?
Based in Mississauga, we serve Peel Region including Brampton, Oakville, Milton, and Etobicoke.
How do I book lessons?
Currently either call or text us at +1 (647) 829 4282 during business hours. OR Easily book online 24/7 through our booking portal (development is underway)
What's your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
You may reschedule with 24 hours' notice at no charge. Late cancellations (<24hrs) incur a $25 fee.
Can I request a specific instructor gender?
Yes, we'll happily accommodate your preference for male or female instructors based on availability.
What languages are lessons available in?
We offer instruction in English, Urdu, Hindi, Sindhi and Punjabi. Additional language options may be available upon request.
How do you handle nervous beginners?
Our patient instructors specialize in anxiety-reduction techniques with gradual exposure training in low-traffic areas before progressing to complex roads.
What payment methods do you accept?
: We accept cash, e-transfer, and certified checks. Payment plans available for package deals.
Can I get insurance discounts?
Graduates receive a certificate qualifying for up to 35% discount with most Ontario insurers. We provide all necessary documentation.
Do you provide vehicles for road tests?
Yes! We offer test-day packages including: - Certified vehicle rental - 1-hour warm-up session - Pickup/drop-off at home or test center as per your preference
What should I bring to my first lesson?
Please bring:
- Valid G1 license
- Comfortable shoes
- Prescription glasses (if required)
- Completed enrollment form (emailed after booking)

How do I register for the BDE course?
Registration is simple! You can sign up directly through our website at https://primeseering.ca, Or call us at +1 (647) 829-4282.
What are the requirements to start the course?
To begin the BDE course, you must be at least 16 years old and hold a valid Ontario G1 Class driver’s license.
How long does the BDE course take to complete?
The Ministry-mandated BDE course consists of 40 hours of in-class/online instruction, 30 hours of home links, and 10 hours of in-car training. Most students complete it within 4 to 8 weeks depending on their schedule.
What if I miss an in-class session?
Don’t worry! We offer flexible scheduling. If you miss a session, you can make it up during the next available rotation of that specific module.

Do you offer free pick-up and drop-off for driving lessons?
Yes! We provide free pick-up and drop-off for all our in-car lessons within our service area (Mississauga and Brampton). We can pick you up from home, school, or work.
Are the driving instructors certified and insured?
Absolutely. All Prime Steering instructors are MTO-certified, highly experienced, and undergo regular background checks. Our vehicles are also equipped with dual-brakes for your safety.
Can I choose between a male or female instructor?
We strive to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Please let us know your preference during registration, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What is the cancellation policy for an in-car lesson?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an in-car lesson to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows us to offer the slot to another student.
Tests & Certificates
How do I get my BDE Certificate?
Once you successfully complete all 40 hours of the program, we certify you online through the MTO system. You can then pick up your Driver’s Licence History (DLH) from any ServiceOntario location as proof of completion.
Will this course lower my insurance premiums?
Yes, completing an MTO-approved BDE course makes you eligible for a significant insurance discount. Contact your insurance provider for specific details on how much you can save.
Can I use the instructor’s car for my road test?
Yes, we offer Road Test Packages that include a warm-up lesson right before your test and the use of our dual-brake vehicle for the actual exam.
How soon can I take my G2 test after finishing the course?
Normally, you must wait 12 months after getting your G1. However, with our BDE certificate, you can take your G2 road test just 8 months after receiving your G1!
