Comprehensive Terms & Conditions
Course Completion Standards
- MTO Timeframes: Students must complete all course components (Theory, Home-Link, and In-Car) within one (1) year.
- Minimum Grades: A minimum score of 70% is required in both theory and in-car evaluations for certification.
Payment & Refund Policies
- Deposit: A minimum deposit of $250 is required at registration.
- Balance: Balance must be paid in full before the 5th hour of in-car instruction.
- Refunds: Requests within 7 days of registration; only if online course is not accessed.
Lesson Conduct
- Licensing: Students must have their valid Ontario Driver’s License in possession for every lesson.
- Cancellations: Students late by >15 minutes may have the lesson cancelled and a $45 fee applied.
